چکیده
هدف. تعیین کردن این است که آیا سازمان ها از لحاظ استراتژیکی به سهامداران خود که در حال حاضر عملکرد مالی و اجتماعی بهتری دارند، متعهد هستند، و اینکه براساس این رابطه،حالت هنر روش بخش های اسپانیایی را برای توسعه پایدار بشناسیم.
طرح/روش/رویکرد. این فرایند در این مطالعه براساس شاخص های مختلف تولید شده در روند به منظور ارزیابی کردن تعهد شرکت از طریق سهامداران خود، عملکرد مالی و اجتماعی این سازمان ها و رابطه بین آنها است. نتایج قبلی یک رابطه مثبت و غیرمعنادار را میان متغیرها و عملکرد مالی مثبت را نشان دادند. این مقاله یک تحقیق اولیه را با معرفی یک روش مبتنی بر منطق فازی،به منظور تولید شاخص های فوق الذکر را تکرار کرده است.
نتایج. نتیجه گیری فعلی، نتایج بدست آمده از قبل را حمایت می کنند و بطور همزمان نشان می دهند که شرکت های بزرگ اسپانیایی در یک مرحله اولیه از توسعه پایدار هستند – مدیریت جهت گرا
محدودیت های تحقیق/مفاهیم تحقیق. عدم دسترسی به یک سری از اطلاعات ثبات و پایداری سازمان ها، مانعی برای آنالیزهای گسترده تر است. این روش می تواند مفید بودن روش منطق فازی را برای آنالیز کردن رویکرد ثبات بیزینس را برانگیزد و مطالعه را در عملکرد اجتماعی شرکت های بزرگ توسعه دهد.
ارزش/ابتکار یاOriginality/value-استفاده از روش منطق فازی برای تولید شاخص های مربوط به نتایج پایداری و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی سازمان ها می باشد.

EVALUATING SUSTAINABILITY IN ORGANISATIONS WITH A FUZZY LOGIC APPROACH
Abstract
Purpose – To determine whether the organisations more strategically committed to its stakeholders present better social and financial performance and, based on this relationship, know the state of the art of the Spanish sectors’ approach to the sustainable development.
Design/methodology/approach – This paper analyses the sustainability approach of a sample of 52 Spanish listed firms. This process is based on the study of different indexes generated in order to evaluate the company’s commitment through its stakeholders, the social and financial performance of these organisations, and the relationship between them. Previous results showed a positive and not significant relationship between these variables and a positive financial performance. This paper replicates a former research by introducing a fuzzy- logic- based methodology in order to generate the aforementioned indexes. Findings -The current results support the conclusions formerly obtained and simultaneously demonstrate that the big Spanish companies are at an incipient stage of development of a clearly sustainability – oriented management.
Research limitations/implications – The unavailability of a long series of organisations sustainability information is an obstacle for a broader analysis. This research could motivate the usefulness of the fuzzy logic methodology for analysing the business sustainability approach and to develop studies on the corporate social performance.
Originality/value – The use of fuzzy logic methodology for the generation of indexes related to the organisations social responsibility and sustainability results.
