چکیده
این مقاله مطالعه ای که در مورد وضعیت کنونی خدمات چاپ سه بعدی در مناطق آلمانی، اتریش و سوئیس و همچنین بازارهای بنلوکس انجام می شود، گزارش می دهد. هدف این است که اندازه و ترکیب صنعت چاپ سه بعدی در این بازارها درک کنید، چگونگی انجام خدمات چاپ سه بعدی (مدل های کسب و کار شاخص) و تاثیری که می تواند به طور بالقوه در تنظیمات زنجیره تامین، هم در بخش صنعت و هم فراتر از آن بگذارد، درک شود. به این ترتیب، این تحقیق توانایی تشخیص چگونگی توسعه زنجیره تامین آینده و چگونگی پاسخگویی به این تغییرات را برای تأمین موفقیت کسب و کار در درازمدت دارد. نتایج، تصویری دقیق از نقش آفرینان فعلی در خدمات چاپ 3D را ارائه می دهد. مرحله بعدی، بررسی و پیگیری مصاحبه با ذینفعان اصلی (به عنوان مثال کارمندان، تامین کنندگان و مشتریان) برای درک عمیق تر نیازهای کلیدی فعلی و آینده صنعت و نحوه تاثیر آن در آینده برای تنظیمات زنجیره تأمین آینده خواهد بود.
3D Printing Services and their Impact on Supply Chain Configurations
ABSTRACT
This paper reports on a study that investigates the current state of the art of 3D printing
services in the German, Austria and Swiss Area, as well as the Benelux markets. The aim
is to understand the size and composition of the 3D printing industry in these markets,
how 3D printing services operate (indicative business models) and the impact they could
potentially have on supply chain configurations, both within this industry sector and
beyond. In this way, the research has potential to inform how future supply chains are
likely to develop and how the industry should respond to these changes to secure long
term business success. The results provide an accurate snapshot of the current players in
3D printing services. The next stage will involve a survey and follow up interviews with
primary stakeholders (e.g. employees, suppliers and customers) to gain a deeper
understanding of the key current and future requirements of the industry and how this will
specifically impact future supply chain configurations.
