چکیده:
نانوتراپی جدیدترین روش حقیقی درمان است که میتواند برای درمان سرطان بکار رود. برای تصور و آزمایش فرضیات و ایده مرتبط با سیستم نانوتراپی فرض شده، موضوعات بسیاری برای بررسی وجود دارد که شامل تغییر ویژگیهای مواد در حد نانو، استفاده از مطالعات آزمایشگاهی برای ارزیابی داروی جدید و ایمنی نانو مواد جدید میباشد. درحال حاضر، نانو پزشکی یک علم پزشکی جدید با رشد و پیشرفت سریع است. کاربردهای نانو پزشکی میتواند هم در تشخیص و هم در درمان باشد. موضوع خاص استفاده از نانو پزشکی برای اهداف درمانی، نانوتراپی نامیده میشود. نانوتراپی جدیدترین روش حقیقی درمان در پزشکی است. تمرکز روی اصول نانوتراپی، استفاده عوامل جدید نانوتراپی بدست آمده در اثر درمانی در حد نانو مورد انتظار است. از چندین آشفتگی دارویی، نانوتراپی درحال حاضر بطور گسترده با تمرکز روی سرطان،- یک بیماری بدون شانس درمان در گذشته- مطالعه شده است. فرضیات و ایدههای جدید روی این موضوع تاحدی سودمند است. انتشار اخیر این ژورنال درباره امکان استفاده یک سیستم تحویل نانو داروی جدید برای ریشهکن کردن دسته سلولهای سرطانی یک مقاله خوب در نانوتراپی سرطان است. بعلاوه برای ایجاد یک سیستم تحویل نانوداروی جدید مرحلهای مهم در یافتن یک روش درمانی جدید و موثر است. اگرچه همانطور که در دیگر مقاله این ژورنال اشاره شد فرایند پیچیده و ممکن است دشوار باشد. برای تصور و تست فرضیات و نظریه روی سیستم نانوتراپی فرض شده جدید، موضوعات بسیاری وجود دارد که بررسی شوند.
Cancer nanotherapy: Concept for design of new drug
Abstract Nanotherapy is an actual newest mode of treatment that can be applied for cancer ther- apy. To imagine and test the hypothesis and idea regarding the new hypothesised nanotherapeutic system, there are many issues to be addressed including the change of properties of substances at the nano-level, the use of in vitro studies for testing the new drug and the safety of the new nano- substance. At present, nanomedicine is a new medical science with ra- pid growth and development. The applications of nanomedi- cine can be either diagnosis or therapy [1]. For the specific issue of using nanomedicine for therapeutic purposes, it is called ‘nanotherapy’ [1]. Nanotherapy is an actual newest mode of treatment in medicine. Focussing on the principles of nanotherapy, the use of novel nanotherapeutic agents aim- ing at a therapeutic effect at the nano-level is expected. Of sev- eral medical disorders, nanotherapy is presently widely studied with respect to the treatment for cancer, a disease with no hope of cure in the past [2]. There are many ongoing researches and studies on this specific topic. The new hypotheses and ideas on this issue are quite useful. A recent publication in the journal on the possibility to use a new nano-drug delivery system to eradicate cancer stem cells is a good paper on cancer nanother- apy [3]. Indeed, to construct a new nano-drug delivery system is an important step in finding a new, effective nanotherapeutic method. However, as noted in another previous article in the journal [4], the process is complex and might be difficult. To imagine and test the hypothesis and idea on the new hypothe- sised nanotherapeutic system, there are many issues to be addressed
