چکیده
یکی از جهت‌های اصلی جدید در پژوهش در مورد سیستم‌های یادگیری عبارت است از مفهوم ایجاد مسیرهای یادگیری بهینه. دو نمونه از این کاربردها که می‌توان آن‌ها را به عنوان مسئله جستجو و بهینه‌سازی در زمینه هوش مصنوعی مطرح ساخت عبارتند از: (1) یادگیری تطبیقی انتخاب و ترتیب‌بندی موضوع مطابق با پروفایل یادگیرنده، ترجیحات و توانایی‌های هریک از یادگیرنده‌ها (2) ترکیب اتوماتیک برگه‌های سنجش یا امتحان براساس خصوصیات آموزش دهنده. ما در این مقاله یک بحث اساسی در مورد اعمال الگوی جدیدتر «هوش جمعی» (swarm intelligence) در این دو حوزه ارائه می‌دهیم. هدف اصلی این مقاله عبارت است از مشخص کردن روندهای جدید و دستاوردهای پژوهشی کلیدی که در چند سال اخیر حاصل شده‌اند. ما همچنین طیفی از موضوعات پژوهشی مرتبط و چالش‌های آن‌ها که به وسیله این موضوعات ایجادشده‌اند را مطرح می‌کنیم.
A Survey of Optimized Learning Pathway Planning and Assessment Paper Generation with Swarm Intelligence
Abstract: One of the new major directions in research on learning systems is the notion of generating optimal learning pathways. Two examples of such application areas that could be presented as search and optimization problem in the context of Artificial Intelligence are:- (1) Adaptive learning object selection and sequencing according to the learning profile, preferences and abilities of individual learners; (2) Automatic composition of assessment or examination papers based on instructors’ specifications. In this chapter, we present a critical discussion of the research on applying the more recent paradigm of “swarm intelligence” in these two areas. The main aim of this survey is to highlight the new trends and key research achievements that have been carried out in the last few years. We will also outline a range of relevant research issues and challenges that have been generated by this body of work
