چکیده
در این مقاله، برخی از پیشرفت های اخیر در زمینه ساخت و ساز سبک وزن برای کشتی سازی مدرن ارائه می شود. بعد از توصیفی از سازه های سبک وزن و مصارف اخیر آنها در کشتی سازی، کاربردهای دریایی کامپوزیت ها، و به خصوص جنبه های مرتبط با ارزیابی هزینه و پایایی نیز مطرح شده است. بخش بعدی در مورد کاربرد پیوندهای چسبنده برای فراسازه های سریع و کشتی های مسافری است. این بخش در مورد انتخاب مواد، طراحی و تحلیل، ساخت و کاربردها صحبت می کند. در نهایت یکی از پیشرفت های اخیر در زمینه پنل های ساندویچی فولادی جوش خورده در عرشه های قابل حمل معرفی می شود. محتوای این مقاله براساس نتایج سه تحقیق در حال انجام می باشد. هدف این پروژه ها پیشرفت سازه های سبک وزن برای صنعت کشتی سازی است (پروژه های تحقیقاتی مشارکتی اروپایی ساندویچ و پیوند، که یک پروژه تحقیقاتی نظامی اروپایی یا بخشی از 5 امین چارچوب، GROWTH,، و پروژه EUCLID RTP3.21 است.
LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION FOR ADVANCED SHIPBUILDING – RECENT DEVELOPMENT
In this paper some recent advances in lightweight construction for modern shipbuilding are presented. Following a description of lightweight structures and their current use in shipbuilding, emphasis is put on naval applications of composites, and in particular on aspects related to cost benefit assessment and survivability. The following part reports on the use of adhesive bonding for superstructures of high-speed craft and passenger ships. It focuses on material selection, design and analysis, manufacture and application. Finally a recent application of laser-welded steel sandwich panels in hoistable car decks is reviewed. The content of the paper is based on the results of three ongoing research projects aimed at developing lightweight solutions for the shipbuilding industry – the BONDSHIP and the SANDWICH European co-operative research projects, part of the 5th Framework, GROWTH, and the EUCLID RTP3.21 project, a European military research project
