چکیده

عمده ی ژنوم انسان به پروتئین ترجمه نمی شود، اما می تواند به RNA رونویسی شود. حتی اگر RNA های غیر کدگذاری (ncRNAs) برای پروتئین ها رمز نداشته شوند، آن ها در ایجاد بیماری هایی مانند سرطان مشارکت می کنند. در اینجا، ما نمونه هایی از فعالیت های ncRNAs را در سرطان کبد و کاربرد بالقوه ی آن ها را برای تشخیص و درمان سرطان کبد بررسی می کنیم.

Summary
The majority of the human genome is not translated into proteins but can be transcribed into
RNA. Even though the resulting non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) do not encode for proteins, they
contribute to diseases such as cancer. Here, we review examples of the functions of ncRNAs
in liver cancer and their potential use for the detection and treatment of liver cancer.
