چکیده
استراتژي هاي پايدار كه در چارچوب مديريت زنجيره تأمين مورد استفاده قرار مي گيرند توجه فزاینده ای را از سوی شاغلین و پژوهشگران کسب کرده اند. در این راستا نوآوری در محصولات، ساختار سازمانی و روش های کسب و کار می تواند کلیدی برای دستیابی به نتایج اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی باشد. هدف از این مقاله بررسی این است که چگونه نوآوری پایدار (SOI) می تواند روابط درون سازمانی را در مدیریت زنجیره تامین پایدار تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. این تحقیق بر اساس دو مطالعه موردی شرکت های مرکزی برزیل (Braskem و Mercur) و تامین کنندگان و مشتریان مربوطه آنها است. ما واقعیت های مختلف در رابطه با جنبه های عملیاتی، ساختار زنجیره تامین و جهت گیری استراتژیک برای پایداری را شناسایی کرده ایم. موارد ذکر شده بینش عمیقی را در فرم SOI، یعنی نوآوری های محصول و سازمانی، ارائه می دهد. مفاهیم عملی شامل تصویری از از این است که چگونه نوآوری های پایداری موجب بدست آوردن تاثیرات مثبت برای کسب و کار در طول زنجیره تامین می شود. روابط همکاری با تامین کنندگان و خریداران می تواند به عنوان منبع یادگیری، توسعه فرآیندهای تکنولوژی جدید و کسب اطلاعات شناخته شود. ما تحقیقات خود را در قلمرو SCM پایدار قرار داده ایم که به عنوان بخشی در ابعاد روابط بحث شده بطور فزاینده و پیوندهای موجود با منابع نوشتاری نوآوری پایدار است که به ندرت با نظام SCM ادغام می شود. این یک ارتباط بنیادی تر را ایجاد می کند که در آن تحقیقات بیشتر در این بخش مورد نیاز است.
Linking sustainability-oriented innovation to supply chain relationship integration

Sustainable strategies applied in the context of supply chain management are receiving increasing attention from practitioners and researchers. In this regard, innovation in products, organizational structures, and business methods can be the key to achieving economic, social, and environmental outcomes. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how sustainable-oriented innovations (SOI) can in- fluence inter-organizational relationships in sustainable supply chain management. The research is based on two case studies of Brazilian focal companies (Braskem and Mercur) and their respective suppliers and customers. We have identified different realities regarding operational aspects, supply chain structure, and the strategic orientation for sustainability. The cases outlined provide in-depth insights into the forms of SOI, i.e. product and organizational innovations. A practical implication includes the illustration of how the sustainability innovations allow the reaping of positive effects to businesses along the supply chain. Collaborative relationships with suppliers and buyers can be seen as a source of learning, development of new technology processes, and information acquisition. We position our research within the realm of sustainable SCM as a contribution to the increasingly discussed relationship dimensions and present links to the sustainable innovation literature, which is rarely amalgamated with the SCM discipline. This establishes a more concrete connection, where further research at this inter- section would be required
