- مقدمه
حسابرسی پدیده ای است که فضای بیشتری را در بحث دموکراسی های لیبرال معاصر به دست می آورد. موضوعاتی که پدیده ذکر شده را تشکیل می دهند، مانند مسئولیت و شفافیت، به نظر می رسد در تحلیل های مربوط به خواسته ها و معضلات ارائه شده در پیشنهادات اقدامات اجتماعی مسئولانه شرکت هایی که در متن با بخش های دموکراتیک معاصر مطرح می شوند، به عنوان رشد جنبش های اجتماعی مانند جنبش محیط زیست، جنبش حقوق مدنی، جنبش بومی در میان دیگران و بین المللی کردن شرکت ها، اثرگذار باشند. ارتباط فزاینده ای بین پاسخگویی و پذیرش اقدامات سازمانی مسئول اجتماعی وجود دارد. هدف از این مطالعه، شناخت ارتباط موضوع مربوط به مسئولیت پذیری برای شرکت ها است، زیرا این موضوع در این واقعیت مشهود است که این شرکت یک بازیگر است که تغییرات عمیقی در زمینه فعلی داشته است. اولین چالش پیشنهادی زیر این است که سعی کنید معانی پاسخگویی را درک کنید تا ما بتوانیم پدیده را از منظر حوزه خصوصی که هدف تجزیه و تحلیل این مطالعه است تحلیل کنیم. برای حمایت از این تجزیه و تحلیل، ما حتی در یک روش کوتاه ارائه می دهیم – مورد دو شرکت برزیل که استاندارد AA1000 را با هدف بهبود رابطه بین شرکت و ذینفعان به تصویب رسانده اند.
AA1000: An Analysis of Accountability and Corporate Social Responsibility in the Contemporary Context
Introduction
Accountability is a phenomenon that is gaining more space in the discussion of contemporary liberal democracies. Themes that constitute the said phenomenon, such as responsibility and transparency, seem members of analyzes related to the demands and dilemmas presented in proposals for socially responsible actions made by companies in the context by contemporary democratic parts—as the growth of social movements—such as the environmental movement, the civil rights movement, the indigenous movement among others—and the internationalization of companies, e.g. There is a growing connection between accountability and the adoption of socially responsible corporate actions. It’s the aim of this study was to understand the relevance of the theme linked to accountability for companies, since this theme is reflected in the fact that the company is an actor which has undergone profound changes in the current context. The first challenge, proposed below, is to try to understand the meanings of accountability, so that we can analyze the phenomenon from the perspective of the private sphere, which is the object of analysis of this study. To support this analysis, we present even in a brief way—the case of two Brazilian companies that have adopted the AA1000 standard with the objective of improving the relationship between the company and the stakeholders
