چکیده
این مقاله یک پلت فرم عمومی سیستم هوشمند، به نام ( سیستم چندرسانه ای هوشمند برای نرم افزار آنلاین زمان واقعی) را برای پشتیبانی عملیات پردازش نشان می دهد. با ترکیب هوش مصنوعی، سیستم کامپیوتر و تکنولوژی اطلاعات برای محیط یکپارچه توسعه یافته است. که مدول های توابع مختلف را برای انجام وظایف پشتیبانی عملیات انجام می دهد که مدخل اطلاعات، پردازش و آنالیز داده، نظارت و تشخیص پردازش انلاین، راهنمای عملیات آنلاین، کمک به نگهداری تجهیزات، سیستم استدلال، خالق مبتنی بر دانش و رابط چندرسانه ای را شامل می شود. کاربرد صنعتی در یک سیستم دیگ بخار و یک فرایند پالایش شیمیایی نشان داده شده است.
مقدمه
سیستم های صنعتی مدرن بسیار بسیار پیچیده شده اند. مدیران و اپراتورهای کارخانه باید با مقدار زیادی داده خام دربرنامه ریزی تولید، برنامه ریزی نگهداری و عملیات پردازش سروکار داشته باشند. اوورلود داده و اطلاعات ممکن است سبب سردرگمی اپراتورها شود که به خطاهای شناختی منجر می گردد. این امر به ویژه در هنگام وضعیت بحرانی، مانند نقص تجهیزات مهم می باشد. اپراتورها ممکن است آشکارسازی سریع، تشخیص و تصحیح سریع نقص را مشکل بدانند. پیچیدگی رو به رشد فرایندهای صنعتی و نیاز عملی برای کارایی بیشتر، انعطاف پذیری بیشتر، کیفیت بهتر محصول، و هزینه کم به افزایش الزام برای حمایت زیاد عملیات و مدیریت منجر شده است.

Intelligent system architecture for process operation support
Abstract
This paper presents a generic intelligent system platform, namely INTEMOR (INTElligent Multimedia system for On-line Real-time application), for process operation support. INTEMOR is developed by combining artificial intelligence, computer system and information technology into a unified environment. It integrates various function modules to perform operation support tasks, including communication gateway, data processing and analysis, on-line process monitoring and diagnosis, on-line operation manual, equipment maintenance assistance, reasoning system, knowledge-base creator and multimedia interface. The industrial applications of INTEMOR on a boiler system and a chemical pulping process are illustrated. © 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
- Introduction
Modern industrial systems have become more and more complex. Plant managers and operators have to deal with vast amount of raw data in production planning, mainte- nance scheduling and process operation. The data and infor- mation “overload” may cause the operators confusion, leading to cognitive errors. It is true especially in time criti- cal situation, such as equipment failure. Operators may find it difficult to quickly detect, diagnose and correct the fault. The growing complex of industrial processes and the prac- tical need for higher efficiency, greater flexibility, better product quality and lower cost have resulted in increasing requirements for enhanced operation and management support
