چکیده
مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز (GHRM) و مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز(GSCM) به ترتیب از محبوبترین موضوعات در زمینه مدیریت منابع انسانی (HRM) و مدیریت عملیاتها (OM) هستند. اگرچه محققان در هر یک از این زمینه ها به نقش GSCM و GHRM در ایجاد سازمانهای بسیار پایدار اشاره می کنند، اما درنگ مهمی برای ادغام این دو موضوع معاصر براساس شکاف بزرگ موجود در زمینه ادغام HRM و مدیریت زنجیره تامین (SCM) وجود دارد. از اینرو، اهداف این مطالعه شامل ارائه چارچوب یکپارچه ای برای ارتباط GHRM – GSCM و ارائه برنامه های تحقیقاتی برای این ادغام می باشد. پس از رسیدن به این اهداف، این مقاله به پیامدهای ادغامGHRM – GSCMبرای محققان، مدیران و شاغلان در زمینه های پایداری سازمانی و زنجیره تامین واقعا پایدار تاکید می کند.
Green Human Resource Management and Green Supply Chain Management: linking two emerging agendas
ABSTRACT
Green Human Resource Management (CHRM) and Green Supply Chain Management (CSCM) are popular subjects in the areas of human resource management (HRM) and operations management (OM), respectively. Although scholars in each of these areas are advancing the roles of GSCM and GHRM in building more sustainable organizations, there has been , significant delay in the integration of these two contemporary subjects, based on a greater gap in the integration of HRM and supply chain management (SCM), Thus, the aims of this study are to propose a synergistic and integrative framework for the GHRM-CSCM relationship and to propose a research agenda for this integration. After reaching these goals, this article emphasizes the implications of GHRM-CSCM integration for scholars, managers, and practitioners in the areas of organizational sustainability ,,nd truly sustainable supply chains
