اهمیت نوآوری و نقش تعیین کنندۀ آن در رشد، بقاء و موفقیت سازمان‌ها
چکیده
نوآوری یکی از مهم‌ترین نگرانی‌های هر سازمان بوده و نقش آن در توسعه و هماهنگ‌سازی بازار مسلم و لاینفک است. نوآوری در تمامی حوزه‌های انسانی از قبیل ارتقاء تولیدات، متدهای مدیریت، نحوۀ انجام کارها و … دارای کاربرد است.
در تمامی تعاریف مورد استفاده برای نوآوری، تغییر یا ارتقاء فرآیند یا محصول، امری رایج است.
نوآوری فرایندی است که از معرفی تا برنامه‌ریزی یک ایده آغاز شده و تبدیل به عملکردی جدید می‌شود و در نتیجه متفاوت با خلاقیت است.
نکتۀ اصلی این است که نوآوری با خلاقیت متفاوت است. در این مقاله، اهمیت نوآوری و نقش تعیین کنندۀ آن در رشد، بقاء و موفقیت سازمان‌ها مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.

In all of definition used for innovation, changing or improvement of the process or product are common. Innovation is a process that begins with introduction to plan of an idea and will become a new function and so it different from creation The main point is that innovation is different from creativity. In this paper the important of innovation and its crucial role in growth, survival and success of organizations is discussed
