چکیده
در این مقاله روش «فرآیند سلسله‌مراتبی تحلیلی» (AHP) به عنوان یک روش تصمیم‌سازی بالقوه برای استفاده در مدیریت پروژه ارائه می‌شود. مسئله پیش صلاحیت سنجی پیمانکار به عنوان یک مثال به کار می‌رود. یک ساختار سلسله‌مراتبی برای معیار پیش صلاحیت سنجی و تمایل پیمانکاران برای پیش کیفیت‌سنجی یک پروژه ساخته می‌شود. با اتخاذ AHP، معیار پیش صلاحیت سنجی را می‌توان اولویت‌بندی کرد و یک فهرست نزولی از پیمانکاران را می‌توان برای انتخاب بهترین پیمانکاران برای انجام پروژه انتخاب کرد. یک تحلیل حساسیت را می‌توان برای چک کردن حساسیت تصمیمات نهایی نسبت به تغییرات جزئی قضاوت‌ها انجام داد. در این مقاله تصمیم‌سازی گروهی با استفاده از AHP ارائه می‌شود. گام‌های پیاده‌سازی AHP با استفاده از نرم‌افزار حرفه‌ای «گزینه خبره»[1] که به‌صورت تجاری در دسترس است و برای پیاده‌سازی AHP طراحی‌شده است، ساده‌سازی خواهد شد. امید می‌رود که این کار باعث تشویق به‌کارگیری AHP به‌وسیله متخصصین مدیریت پروژه شود.

Application of the AHP in project management
Abstract
This paper presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a potential decision making method for use in project management. The contractor prequalification problem is used as an example. A hierarchical structure is constructed for the prequalification criteria and the contractors wishing to prequalify for a project. By applying the AHP, the prequalification criteria can be prioritized and a descending-order list of contractors can be made in order to select the best contractors to perform the project. A sensitivity analysis can be performed to check the sensitivity of the final decisions to minor changes in judgements. The paper presents group decision-making using the AHP. The AHP implementation steps will be simplified by using the ‘Expert Choice’ professional software that is available commercially and designed for implementing AHP. It is hoped that this will encourage the application of the AHP by project management professionals. © 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd and IPMA. All rights reserved.
